A Tiny Dose of Delight: Start your year with something small and good.

January has a funny way of adding more pressure. 
New year, new urgency. New goals. New… everything.

We know the last thing you need this week is more on your list or another thing to work on as you get back into the swing after the holiday blur. 

So we invite you to try something gentler this January.
Instead of a traditional resolution, try each day to have one small moment that’s just for delight. Pure and simple.

Not because it’s productive.
Not because it moves you toward a goal.
Just because it feels good. Because it grounds you in the moment. Because it gives you a healthy hit of dopamine without the hustle and bustle. 

Maybe it’s that favorite song that just happens to be on the radio at the right moment.
Maybe it’s that genuine belly laugh your kid gives you when they aren’t being self-conscious.
Maybe it’s that first sip of your favorite winter coffee in the morning.

Delight is a tiny interruption of joy in the middle of your regularly scheduled life.
And your nervous system will take every bit of it.
