Choose your word: A softer alternative to resolutions

Now your brain is probably kicking in saying “New Year, New Me” and pumping out a list of all the things you need to change to create a “better version” of yourself. 

Instead of another resolution to chase, try choosing a word of intention or inspiration.
A word is for you.
It supports you, it guides you in the direction that you choose. It sets a tone without demanding change.
