Let desire speak: You can hold gratitude and growth

You love your family.
You’re grateful for your job.
You appreciate what you’ve built.

And you still want more.

More presence. More peace. More alignment. More joy.

But sometimes, wanting more gets tangled with guilt. As if your desire is a betrayal of your gratitude.

It’s not.

Gratitude and longing can live side by side.

You can appreciate your life and still crave something different. Something deeper. Something next.

Wanting more doesn’t mean you’re spoiled or selfish. It means you’re growing.

This week, give yourself permission to name the longing. You don’t have to chase it yet. Just let it exist.

You can want more and still deeply appreciate where you are and what you have.
