You deserve confetti. Or a nap. Or both: Celebrating you this mother's day week

May 06, 2025

Happy (almost) Mother’s Day.

Whether you’re getting sticky pancakes in bed, a last-minute text from a grown kid, five uninterrupted minutes in the bathroom, or it’s just like any other day— we want you to know we’re not just celebrating you on Sunday.

Being a mom is hard. There’s no real day off. It’s emotional labor, physical labor, mental gymnastics… and somehow, you keep showing up.
Every. Single. Day.

That’s not just impressive—it’s heroic.

Even when no one notices.
Even when you’re holding everything together with caffeine, chicken nuggets, and a dash of sarcasm.
Even when it’s messy or thankless or lonely.

You’re doing something incredible.
You’re shaping lives. You’re making sacrifices.
You’re showing up with love—over and over again.

We’re endlessly inspired by you. Not just today, but always.

With so much admiration,
Tracy & Juliette

Don't think about this: There is a difference between growth and tolerance

Searching for a more helpful angle. There must be a way to choose a thought that makes this feel okay. All this thought work feels productive. You want to be an A+ self-coacher. But sometimes thought work turns into...
You're not late: What if this is exactly when it happens
After a long, long time of not exercising consistently, the two of us crossed over the 6-month mark of meeting daily at 5:30am to do strength training.  While every once in a while our brains offer us thoughts of pride in our consistency, way too often we hear the internal refrain of “I should have started this years ago.”  Exercising.Writing.Saving.Setting boundaries.Making that change you kee...
