What makes PLB unique.

PLB isn’t a course with a beginning and an end.

There’s no curriculum to work your way through, and no pressure to consume a huge library
to make sure you got your money’s worth.

Instead, PLB is designed to be a part of your real life.

Because your life keeps evolving. Your career changes. Relationships evolve. Every parenting stage comes with its own fun challenge. Priorities shift. You accomplish things you’ve worked toward and start wondering what you want next.

Month after month, you get real help with whatever you’re dealing with: the decision in front of you, the stress you’re carrying, the way you want to feel. And you get it from expert coaches who know you and stay with you.

Members tell us PLB is changing their lives.
The breakthroughs you have here don’t stay in one corner.
They bring more ease to your work, your relationships, your family, and the way you treat yourself.

Small groups are the heart of PLB.

Each month, you join two 60-minute small groups of your choice.

We offer groups across weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, convenient for every time zone, and so you have options when your work schedule, family life, and daily chaos inevitably refuse to cooperate.

Every group is led by one of us, Juliette or Tracy. There’s no rotating roster. In PLB, we really get to know you. We remember the job you were considering, the boundary you were working on, the situation with your aging parent, and the habit you’re working hard to create.

We think about you. We care about you. And we’re here for you.
That level of connection matters.

Inside a 60-minute group

What happens in a group?

You don’t need to prepare anything. Everyone checks in and says whether they want coaching that day. Then one of us helps each woman through it: through coaching, through pulling others into the conversation, and through inviting supportive conversation in the chat.

You can bring anything taking up space in your brain or your life. No topic is too big or too small.

Whether you’re bringing a challenge that week or learning through listening, you’ll take something away. It’s often easier to see something clearly when you’re not in the emotional middle of it yourself.

Privacy

A safe space for honest conversations

Women feel comfortable sharing very personal things in our groups, because everyone is receptive, kind, and respectful of each other’s privacy.

Small groups are 100% private. Nothing from them is ever posted or shared, inside or outside the membership.

So you can talk openly about work, relationships, family, money, ambition, disappointment, and everything in between.

What’s said in the group stays in the group.

Two groups each month ▪ 60 minutes ▪ Multiple days & times ▪ 100% private

Your month. Your groups. Your choice.

Step 1

Pick your groups

Each month, choose two small groups from a range of days, times and topics.

Themes include boundaries, relationships, parenting, career, self-coaching, or open topic, where you bring whatever’s on your mind.

It’s flexible. Choose whatever works for you each month.

Step 2

Show up

Groups are small enough for meaningful, personal support.

Bring the decision you keep circling. The conversation you’re avoiding. The resentment you can’t shake. The career question that lingers. The parenting struggle. The habit you can’t seem to change.

Or just show up as you are.

Step 3

Grow

You learn from your own discussions and from listening to other women.

Then watch your life start to feel better, and bigger.

No assignments to submit. No catching up.

Next month, as your life and needs change, you choose again: new topics, new days and times, fresh conversations.

On call one week this month? We’ve got you.

Want to talk about your relationship on your day off? We’ve got you.

Need to talk about parenting after the kids are in bed? We’ve got you.

Bring anything in your life.

Not sure what people bring to a group? Pretty much anything that matters to them.

Work + career

How do I stop charting late at night?

Should I take the leadership role?

I’m thinking about going part-time.

Could I do something nonclinical, or outside medicine altogether?

I’m not sure how to handle this difficult conversation with my colleague.

Relationships + family

I feel like I do the lion’s share and my partner sails.

How do I say no without upsetting them?

Parenting is way harder than I expected.

What am I doing wrong that my kid won’t listen to me?

It feels impossible to make time for my aging parents.

You

How do I stop replaying that conversation in my head 50 times?

I want to exercise and feel better in my body, but nothing sticks.

I’m overwhelmed, yet I keep finding my head in Instagram.

I’m exhausted. I can’t keep up the way I used to.

I want more joy, fun, and connection.

Beyond your small groups

While your two small groups each month are the heart of your PLB membership, you’ll also have chances to gather with the whole community, explore something new, and learn from experts we think are worth bringing into the room.

The whole community

Monthly Community Workshop

The first half is intentionally casual. We catch up, share wins, ask questions, laugh, and spend time together. We’re both there.

Then we shift into a growth exercise we create, with a worksheet designed to help you reflect, explore, and take something useful back into your life.

It’s meant to be a safe and fun place to come as you are and be together. No prep needed, just bring yourself.

Deep Dives

Three times a year, we invite guest experts into PLB to share their knowledge with our community.

Deep dives are interactive sessions on a variety of interesting and useful topics, bringing fresh perspectives into the PLB community.

Join live when you can, ask questions, and learn directly from our guest. Or catch the recording later. Recordings are for members only.

Zoom boxes become actual relationships.

Finding your people as an adult is hard. Finding them when you’re a physician is even harder.

Your schedule is weird, your time is limited, and for some reason it’s hard to find women friends who get this life.

There’s something really good about being with women who understand.

One of the strengths of PLB’s ongoing model is that connection has time to develop naturally.

You see familiar faces, get to know each other, and become invested in each other’s lives. Over time, these aren’t just women you recognize from Zoom. They’re women you actually know and care about.

Our private member community gives you a place to stay connected between groups, share what’s going on, and keep the conversation going. And at our annual retreat, many members get to meet in person.

PLB doesn’t disappear in between groups.

Your membership also gives you access to resources you can use on your own time.

Why women stay

“For women who spend their lives taking care of everyone else, PLB is a treat for my soul where no one judges or asks anything of me. Tracy and Juliette have created a program that is flexible and fits my life, and a safe space where we can celebrate the wins, support the struggles, and generally enjoy the craziness of life together with smart, hilarious women. It helps me think differently to regain control of my life. I feel closer to my PLB sisters than many people I know in real life.”

Veena A., MDVeena A., MD Psychiatry

“I've worked with several physician coaches throughout my career, and as a woman physician, it was challenging to find a coaching program and community that truly resonated with me. Joining PLB has been one of the best professional investments I've made. In addition to receiving guidance from two exceptional coaches, you're surrounded by an inspiring group of women who provide encouragement, support, and genuine camaraderie. The sense of community is unlike anything I've experienced in other coaching programs. I wholeheartedly recommend PLB to any woman physician seeking support, growth, and a community of remarkable people who understand the unique challenges we face.”

Lisa L., MDLisa L., MD OB-GYN

“I'm grateful to be part of a community of women physicians who make me feel understood, supported, and empowered to continue growing. Most of the group is further along in their careers, so I get insight into how to approach challenges before I even get there. As a resident, finding time for myself can be challenging, so I especially appreciate the late-night and weekend group sessions. Working with Tracy and Juliette over time has been a game changer. Having two leaders brings different perspectives, and I learn from the different ways they approach challenges.”

A few things you may be wondering

Do I need coaching experience?

We have a mix of women who are new to coaching and women continuing their growth after other programs. We meet you where you are.

Do I have to be practicing medicine?

Absolutely not. Women physicians (MDs and DOs) who are in training, practicing full or part time, working outside medicine, or not working outside the home right now are all welcome.

What if I don’t know what I want coaching on?

You don’t need an outline. Sometimes “I’m annoyed and I’m not even entirely sure why” is plenty to get us started.

What if I’m shy around new people?

Welcome. PLB has many introverts. Our small group structure is inviting without being overwhelming, and helps build community quickly so that you feel connected to your fellow members. And you’ll grow from every group, whatever your style, just by hearing other members share.

How big are the small groups?

Groups are capped at 10 members per group, but often run even smaller.

Is what I share private?

100%. Small groups are completely confidential. Nothing from them is ever posted or shared, inside or outside the membership.

Is anything available for replay?

Yes, the deep dives with guest experts are available to watch afterward, and the Monthly Community Workshop worksheets are there for you in the member resources. Small groups and the Monthly Community Workshop itself are live only.

Are there cohorts? Do I attend the same group every month?

No. You choose your two small groups each month, so each group’s makeup changes from month to month. Every session feels fresh, and you get time with both Tracy and Juliette.

Can I join if I don’t live in the US?

Absolutely. Our flexible and varied time and day offerings mean that members from varied time zones can find groups that work for their schedule.

What’s the investment?

Membership is $295 a month, charged automatically.

Is it easy to cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime, and your access runs to the end of that month’s billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no long-term commitment.

You need support that doesn’t feel like a burden.

You need a place that’s always there for you.

For coaching. For perspective. For connection. For whatever your life brings next.

That’s PLB.
